New Online HCBS Waitlist Dashboard Helps Families Track Waiver Status

Navigating Indiana’s Medicaid Waiver programs can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to understanding your placement on a waitlist. To make this process easier, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) has launched a new Online HCBS Waitlist Dashboard—a user-friendly tool that allows individuals, families, and advocates to check waitlist status and verify contact information for three key waivers: the Health and Wellness Waiver, the PathWays Waiver, and the Family Supports Waiver.
