Behavior Analyst Supervision

New Beginnings is proud to provide supervisory services for bachelor’s and master’s degree students working toward their board certification with the BACB. We offer supervised fieldwork hours tailored to the supervisees needs and learning style.

New Beginnings is currently hiring contractors for:

  • Behavior Management

    HSPP, LP, MA in ABA, Psychology, Special Ed., Social Work, Counseling, etc.

    $45-60/hour

  • Music Therapy

    MT-BC

    $28-35/hour

  • Recreational Therapy

    CTRS

    $43-55/hour

  • Participant Care & Assistance (PAC)

    $18-22/hour

  • Flexible Scheduling - As an independent contractor, you set your own hours. Whether you want to work 5 or 45 hours a week, your schedule is entirely up to you. While it’s important to be available for families, you have the freedom to adjust sessions around vacations, appointments, or other responsibilities.

  • Client Choice - New Beginnings shares potential client referrals with contractors. You choose which clients to accept based on location, availability, and whether their needs match your expertise.

  • Part-Time or Full-Time – You Decide - Your income depends on how much you want to work. Serve one client a week for extra income, or build a full-time career—it’s your call. You only earn when providing services, with no clocking in or out required.

  • Choose Your Work Environment - Depending on the service, you might meet clients at home, in the community, or in an office. For non-client tasks, work from wherever you’re most comfortable—home, a café, or even a park.

  • Paid Documentation Time - Indiana’s Waiver program pays for session notes and related tasks. Unlike other funding sources, documentation time is included in your billable hours.
